Policy

It is the policy of Senate to refrain from the use of gendered language in its official documents. Gendered language shall be removed from documents as they are updated from time to time.

(Senate referred the guiding motion to the President with a view to the implementation of gender-free language in all University documents, in an approach parallel to that undertaken by Senate.)
